FRANKLIN CO., Pa.-(WPMT) A manhunt for a prison escapee in Franklin County. Pennsylvania State Police say Arthur Nicholl, 21, of Chambersburg, failed to return to Franklin County Jail from work release today. He was reported missing at 3:45 pm.
Nicholl is a brown eyed, white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 215 pounds with a shaved head. Anyone knowing his whereabouts is asked to contact PSP-Chambersburg at (717) 264-5161.
Anyone found to be helping Nicholl avoid capture could face criminal charges.
