YORK COUNTY, PA (WPMT) A fast moving fire destroys several big tractor trailer cabs in York County. It happened at about 7:30 in the parking lot of Wright Express Service in the 1500 block of Robin Hood Drive in Newberry Township.
The business is in bankruptcy proceedings. The parked trucks were being inspected in preparation for an upcoming auction. One of the idling trucks overheated and caught fire. The fire spread to three other trucks parked close by. Three of the rigs were destroyed and one damaged before the fire was brought under control.
There were no injuries. The fire was ruled accidental.
