HARRISBURG (WPMT)-Police have identified a man shot and killed in Harrisburg on Sunday afternoon.
Xavier A. Williams, 23, was gunned down along the 1200 block of Kittatinny Street around 4:30 p.m., investigators said.
He was taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center where he later died.
So far, no arrests have been made.
