LEBANON (WPMT)-A Lebanon County prison inmate is facing additional charges after he sprayed two other inmates with human excrement last month, state police said.
Jorge Roque, 27, of Lebanon, was charged with aggravated assault. The alleged incident happened on Jan. 31 at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in South Lebanon Township.
Roque filled up a shampoo bottle with human feces and sprayed two inmates with the contents, according to state police reports.
Roque had been jailed since 2014 for his role in the shooting death of 33-year-old Juan Rodriguez . He allegedly drove the vehicle used in the shooting. His trial is scheduled for May 4.
