LANCASTER, PA (WPMT) Manheim Township Police are seeking help to identify a pair of retail theft suspects. It happened at about 4:13 pm on Saturday, February 7. A black male and a white female were seen leaving Walmart, 2030 Fruitville Pike, without paying for two televisions, total value $856. They placed them in a gray or silver Hyundai, and left.
