WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, YORK COUNTY, Pa.– Police are seeking assistance into identifying a man who stole cash from Walmart.
On February 25, the above pictured man is believed to have stolen cash from the Walmart at the West Manchester Town Center.
