LEBANON (WPMT)-Two people are facing drug charges after police seized 69 packets of heroin from a home in Lebanon last week, police said.
Victoria Herr, 18, and Jesse Roldan, 21, both of Lebanon, were both arraigned on March 27.
Police searched a home along the 100 block of North 12th Street after observing drug activity taking place at a residence. Investigators seized 69 packets of heroin, cash and packaging materials, police said.
Herr is charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Roldan is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Herr is being held in Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 bail and Roldan is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 6.
