SUSQUEHANNA TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A second arrest has been made in a counterfeit money investigation in Susquehanna Township. Police charged Richard Kramer Jr., 23, of Harrisburg, with two counts of forgery.

Kramer is accused of passing fake $20 bills at Uni-Mart and Taco Bell on Aug. 26.  He was arrested Thursday in Harrisburg and was taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.

His accomplice, 21-year-old Kristina Gates, of Duncannon, turned herself into police on Tuesday and is charged with two counts of forgery, authorities said. She was arraigned on $25,000 bail. Gates is expected to appear in court on Sept. 12.

A preliminary hearing for Kramer is scheduled for Oct. 30.
