HARRISBURG, PA.(WPMT) The 300 block of N. 15th Street near Swatara Street in Harrisburg is closed to traffic due to a sinkhole. Emergency crews were called to the scene at about 4 pm.
The sinkhole was apparently caused by a broken water main. Capital Regional Water Company crews had the main repaired by 8 pm. Because the line needed to be flushed 28 customers along the street were advised to boil their water before use.
