Pennsylvania State Police released a sketch Monday of a suspect who allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl back in Aug. 2010 in southern Lancaster County.
The victim told police she had just left her friend’s home and was walking in the area of Meadville Road in Salisbury Township when a man pulled up next to her and asked if she wanted a ride.
The girl, who was 13 at the time of the incident, got into the vehicle and was driven to a wooded area near Glen Oaks Drive, police said. The victim told investigators that the man sexually assaulted her.
The girl described her attacker as a white male, in his late 20s or early 30s with brown/black hair. He was wearing a red long sleeved t-shirt and drove a white four door sedan.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 717-299-7650.
