Truffle Pasta Recipe
1 portion house made Bucatini noddles
6 oz Heavy cream
3 oz peas
4 oz mixed wild mushrooms. Or mushrooms of your choice
1.5 oz truffle oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 oz Shallots minced
1 slow cook egg
cured egg yolk to grated (garnished)
8-10 paper thin slices of fresh black truffle
salt & pepper to taste
