DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA (WPMT) Two men, one an employee, are charged in the January 8 burglary at the Philly Pretzel Factory along the 500 block of North Progressive Avenue in Susquehanna Township.
Investigators determined Jamal Scott-Williams, 20, who was employed at the Factory, conspired with Pericles Severinoa, 19, to commit the burglary after hours.
Charges against both men include Burglary and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary.
