YORK, Pa.– West York Borough Police Chief, Justin Seibel, has been placed on administrative leave.
Sources confirmed that Seibel was placed on leave on Thursday evening at a special public meeting of the governing body. His leave is until further notice.
Part-time West York Officer, Matthew Millsaps, has been named acting chief.
