CARLISLE, PA (WPMT) Carlisle Borough Police charge Kashia L. Lugo, 28, following a shots fired incident over the weekend. It happened at about 11:30 pm Saturday outside Alibi’s Spirits at 10 N. Pitt Street.
Lugo allegedly fired four rounds from a semi-automatic handgun into the air during a fight. She is charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Disorderly Conduct and an ordinance prohibiting discharging a firearm within the Borough.
Police say their investigation into the incident continues. Anyone with information is asked to contact Carlisle Police at (717) 243-5252.
Police also charged Jade N. Williams in the same incident. They say Williams collected the empty shell casings from the street and removed them from the scene.
She has has been charged with Disorderly Conduct and Tampering with Evidence.
