EAST COCALICO, TWP, Pa- A woman is being charged after she whipped her boyfriend with a dog leash and threatened to shoot police officers.
Anne-Marie Damico, 34 of the 1st block of Deanne Circle in East Cocalico Township, is being charged with aggravated assault, aggravated harassment by prisoner, terroristic threats, resisting arrest and harassment.
According to police, officers were called to her residence on Sunday just before 3:00 p.m. for a domestic assault.
When they arrived, Damico had struck her boyfriend multiple times with a dog leash causing minor injuries.
While Damico was being arrested, she struck an officer with her cell phone before spitting in her boyfriends face, police said.
While in police custody, Damico threatened to shoot and kill one of the officers.
Police say while Damico was in her holding cell she defecated on the floor and then threw feces around the cell area.
She currently is in Lancaster County Prison waiting for arraignment.
