YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Update (Oct. 3): A 24-year-old man is dead following a single-vehicle crash on the PA Turnpike on Saturday night, according to the York County Coroner's Office.
Rahkeem Thompson, of New Castle County, Delaware, died after crashing his vehicle against a guard rail at high speed after an 'abrupt lane change', police said.
Thompson, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, was the sole occupant of the vehicle and no other vehicles were involved, officials said.
There won't be an autopsy but routine toxicology was obtained.

Emergency dispatch said the coroner was called to the scene following a single-vehicle crash Saturday night on the Pennsylvania Turnpike westbound.
The crash happened shortly after 9 p.m. near mile marker 243.5, according to officials.
Dispatch advises to use caution in the area.
There is no word on if there were any other injuries or the cause of the crash.
