WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — More than a dozen people are displaced after a fire in Wilkes-Barre.
Flames sparked at an apartment building along Carey Avenue in the city just before 4 p.m. Sunday.
When crews arrived, heavy flames were billowing out of the fourth floor.
Officials with the Wilkes-Barre City Fire Department say no one was injured.
The American Red Cross has been called to help 15 people who are displaced as a result of the fire.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation in Luzerne County.
