CARLISLE, Pa. — Several students sustained minor injuries when the school bus they were riding in was struck by a pickup truck Monday morning in Cumberland County, according to North Middleton Township Police.
The bus, which was transporting students in the Carlisle School District, was struck while trying to make a right turn onto Fry Loop Avenue from Spring Road, the police department said.
The crash occurred around 7:35 a.m., according to police.
The students were treated by EMS personnel at the scene, police said. None of their injuries were considered serious.
