CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A Cumberland County man has been charged after allegedly trying to fight people and exposing himself at a Camp Hill bar.

According to the Lower Allen Township Police Department, on June 26 around midnight, officers were dispatched to Brewhouse Grille for an active fight. One man, identified as Cody Edman, 28, was allegedly actively trying to pick fights and exposing himself.

When officers arrived, they were told that Edman had fled on foot. According to Lower Allen Township Police, officers quickly spotted a man matching Edman's description turn the corner behind the bar. He was quickly arrested while other officers spoke with witnesses.

It was reported that Edman was drinking alcoholic beverages and, as the night progressed, he began invading the space and getting "touchy-feely" with other customers of the bar.

Edman also allegedly began taunting other patrons who were sitting down at tables by posturing and physically challenging them to fight.

According to bar patrons, Edman was also seen exposing himself to multiple people inside the bar.

Edman was reportedly asked to leave the bar by staff members but refused. According to witnesses, he started a cycle of walking in and out of the bar.

According to police, once it was stated to Edman that he would be arrested, he became verbally aggressive with the officers in front of him. Edman allegedly "exhaled deeply and made a distinct sound that resembled getting ready to spit on the closer officer," according to police.

Instead of spitting, he was taken to the ground.

Edman has been charged with simple assault, indecent exposure and defiant trespassing.
