Cumberland County man facing multiple charges related to February crash

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A Carlisle man is facing multiple charges following a serious crash in February. 

According to the Middlesex Township Police Department, Dylan Milkes, 23, was arrested on Friday, June 21. 

In the early morning hours of Feb. 19, Milkes was allegedly driving his car over the speed limit when he lost control. The car left the road, hit a ditch and rolled several times, according to police. As a result, the passengers in the car were severely injured. 

It was determined by police that Milkes was driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time of the crash. He has been charged with multiple offenses, including DUI, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI and multiple traffic violations. 

Milkes voluntarily turned himself in to Middlesex PD when he found out about his issued arrest warrant. He was arraigned and is currently out of jail on bail.
