Cumberland County police investigating motorcycle crash that injured one

A preliminary investigation indicates the motorcycle left the road, entered the field, and then overturned, throwing the rider from the motorcycle.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — Cumberland County police are investigating a motorcycle crash that injured one. 

According to the Upper Allen Township Police Department, officers responded to a single motorcycle crash along the 100 block of East Lisburn Road on Tuesday, June 18 at 2:50 p.m. 

A preliminary investigation indicates the motorcycle left the road, entered the field, and then overturned, throwing the rider from the motorcycle. 

The driver was transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation.
