HASTINGS, Neb. — A Nebraska man is facing charges after police in Cumberland County say he sent nude images and videos of himself to multiple juvenile girls.
Lefty Dillender, 40, of Hastings, NE, is charged with disseminating obscene and other sexual materials to minors, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, and criminal use of a communication facility, according to Upper Allen Township Police.
He was arrested in Hastings and extradited to Pennsylvania for arraignment, police said.
Police began investigating in August after receiving multiple reports of Dillender's alleged activities. He was eventually identified and an arrest warrant was obtained.
Dillender is currently being held in Cumberland County Prison following his arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be held on November 2, according to court records.
