Police: Suspects pass off $980 in counterfeit currency at Cumberland County Walmart

CAMP HILL, Pa. — Police in Cumberland County are looking for help identifying two men accused of passing off nearly $1,000 in counterfeit currency at a local Walmart.

The alleged incident occurred on Nov. 26 at the retail store on the 3400 block of Hartzdale Drive, according to Lower Allen Township Police.

The pictured suspects passed off $980 in counterfeit bills at the store between 7:21 and 7:36 p.m., police said.

Investigators believe a third male suspect may have been involved; the trio was seen walking across the street after the pictured suspects left the Walmart. Police believe they may have been headed to a vehicle parked in another parking lot.
