HARRISBURG, Pa. — Two Cumberland County men have been indicted by a federal grand jury for firearms and drug trafficking offenses, U.S. Attorney Gerard M. Karam announced this week.
Marty Robinson, 56, and Jordan Brown, 35, were indicted on May 8, Karam said.
The indictment charges the duo with conspiring to make a false statement during the acquisition of a firearm. On June 5, 2023, according to the indictment, Brown bought a gun for Robinson in Franklin County and lied to a licensed dealer of firearms about being the actual buyer and transferee.
The indictment also charges Robinson with possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine, possessing a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking, and possession of a firearm as a prohibited person.
The case was investigated by the U.S. Bureau of Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Carlisle Police Department.
Assistant U.S. Attorney K. Wesley Mishoe is prosecuting the case.
