Daniel B. May was reported missing on Saturday.
Family and friends last say May on Friday night at his home on the 100 block of North Hanover Street.
He was last seen wearing a brown Carhartt jacket and sweatpants.
May is described as being 6 feet tall, around 200 pounds with shoulder-length brown hair, and regularly wears glasses.
Police say May could be endangered due to medication requirements.
He is believed to still be in the Carlisle area.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Carlisle Police Department.
