SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. — The Shippensburg Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a possibly endangered missing man.
Officers say David Edward Browne, 27, has a mental disability that may put him at risk of harming himself or others. He was last seen at his home on Sunday, Aug. 20.
Browne is described as a 6-foot-5, 175-pound man with brown hair and brown eyes. He has no known mode of transportation, according to police.
