CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — Three teenaged suspects will be charged in juvenile court after allegedly leading police on a high-speed vehicle chase earlier this summer, State Police said.

The suspects, who were not identified by authorities due to their juvenile status, allegedly led police on an eight-mile pursuit that ended when they lost control and crashed their vehicle at the New Cumberland Exit of Interstate 83 South, according to State Police.

The suspects then fled from the vehicle on foot and were apprehended by police from multiple departments who conducted a canvas of the area, State Police said.

The suspects, ages 14, 14, and 15, are all from Mechanicsburg, according to police. They will be charged with fleeing and eluding police in juvenile court.

The alleged incident occurred at 2:14 a.m. on July 3, police said.
