The shooting was reportedly sparked following a road rage incident.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — Two suspects have been arrested following a reported shots fired incident in Cumberland County.

According to the West Short Regional Police Department, the incident was reported on Monday, April 8 at 3:40 p.m. in the area of Stella Street in Wormleysburg Borough.

The shooting was reportedly sparked following a road rage incident. Multiple buildings and a vehicle were struck by gunfire during the incident, police said.

No one required medical attention at the scene and two suspects were taken into custody.

They have been identified as Khalil Marcellus Powell, 36, and Tabitha Leigh Moss, 24, both of Camp Hill.

Moss is charged with a felony count of aggravated assault, two misdemeanor counts of recklessly endangering another person, and a summary count of driving under a suspended license, according to court records.

Police say Powell fired at least 10 shots into the victim's vehicle after Moss, who was driving the suspects' car, stopped at a red light and began verbally berating the victim.

The victim sustained a minor injury to his upper right arm, according to police.

Police found the suspects inside the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop before taking them into custody. Investigators recovered a handgun inside the vehicle that was reported stolen out of Georgia, according to police.

Powell allegedly admitted to firing at the victim's vehicle during a road-rage altercation, police said.

Both suspects are currently at Cumberland County Prison. Powell's bail was set at $100,000, while Moss' was set at $50,000, court records show.
