Three injured in Cumberland County crash

An investigation revealed that the driver of a Ford Explorer was traveling too fast for the weather conditions and lost control of their vehicle, causing the crash.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — Three people were injured in a crash Sunday evening, according to the Upper Allen Township Police Department

Officers responded to the intersection of East Lisburn Road and Mt. Allen Drive for a two-vehicle crash on Sunday, Dec. 3 at 8:20 p.m., according to police. 

The investigation revealed that the driver of a Ford Explorer was traveling too fast for the weather conditions and lost control of their vehicle, entering the travel path of a Nissan Rogue. 

A juvenile passenger of the Ford Explorer and two occupants of the Nissan Rouge were injured and transported to a local hospital for evaluation. 

The Upper Allen Police were assisted at the scene by the Upper Allen Fire Department, Upper Allen Fire Police, and Life Lion EMS.
