HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police are investigating after a woman was found dead Wednesday morning in Harrisburg.
Harrisburg Police have identified the woman as 49-year-old Chandra Burns, a resident of the city.
Her body was found at about 7:30 a.m. near a bus stop at Market and North 2nd Streets, according to police. The Dauphin County Coroner's Office pronounced her dead at 8:31 a.m.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Thursday morning, but Burns' death "does not appear suspicious," a police spokesperson said.
The investigation is ongoing.
