HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Colonial Park Mall in Harrisburg will go up for auction later this month.
The 344,421 square-foot property will be auctioned off by Ten-X from June 25-27. The starting bid will be $2.1 million.
The mall is currently 29% occupied.
According to Ten-X, the property could be used for residential use but also operates as a major commercial retail hub. The mall, built in 1960, currently houses retailers such as Kay Jewelers, Claire's, T-Mobile and more.
FOX43 reached out to property owner, Kohan Retail Investment group, for comment on the sale. As of publication, they did not respond.
