DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Dauphin County woman is facing murder charges for her alleged involvement in a July murder.
On Wednesday, Dec. 6, members of the Harrisburg Police and the United States Marshals Service arrested Ceniah Simmons, 18, from Steelton, for her involvement in the murder of Richon Strain-Hankerson.
Strain-Hankerson was shot and killed while in the area of South 20th and Zarker Streets on July 24, 2023.
For her alleged involvement in the incident, Simmons has been charged with murder, criminal conspiracy to commit murder, person not to possess a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license.
Juan Arvelo, 21, from Camp Hill and Krisshon Giles, 17, from Lemoyne have also been charged in the shooting.
