DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Emergency crews are at the scene of a wildfire in Lower Paxton Township.
According to Dauphin County Emergency Dispatch, the brush fire began around 2:40 p.m.
Multiple crews, including the Linglestown Fire Company and Lower Paxton Police Department, are currently fighting the blaze.
No injuries have been reported at this time, according to dispatch.
Many municipalities across the Commonwealth are enacting burn bans due to extended dry conditions and windy weather that pose a wildfire risk. Currently, Derry Township and the Borough of Hispire are under burn bans across Dauphin County.
