Pennsylvania State Police have also warned that parking lots near the Farm Show Complex are full and to avoid the area. Major traffic delays are expected in the area.

Hundreds of people have gathered outside the complex to see the former president after he survived an assassination attempt in Butler County two weeks ago.

"He took a bullet for us, so the least we can do is take a little sun to support him," said rally attendee Michael Stokes.
