HARRISBURG, Pa. — Harrisburg police are investigating a shooting near a Harrisburg grocery store.
According to Harrisburg Communications Director Matt Maisel, one man was fatally shot around 2:20 p.m. along 6th and Woodbine in Harrisburg. Despite lifesaving measures, Christian Watt, 27, of Harrisburg, was pronounced dead at the scene. His autopsy is scheduled for May 7.
According to police, there is no danger to the public at this time.
No suspect has been named and it is unclear at this time if the shooting happened inside or outside the grocery store.
