DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Harrisburg man has been charged with the theft of a grave monument at the William Howard Day Cemetery.
The Swatara Township Police have charged Anthony Reyes-Pabon, 24, from Harrisburg, in the theft of a grave monument at the William Howard Day Cemetery.
Officers have charged Reyes-Pabon with theft by unlawful taking, institutional vandalism of a cemetery and desecration of venerated objects for his involvement.
Reyes-Pabon was arrested on Sept. 26 after which he was arraigned on the charges and assigned $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing.
