Harrisburg stabbing leaves 1 injured, 1 arrested

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police in Harrisburg arrested one man after a stabbing incident on Saturday.

According to the Harrisburg Bureau of Police, at about 12:15 p.m., they responded to the 900 block of South Front Street for a report of a stabbing.

Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male suffering from a stab wound. The victim was provided emergency aid and was transported to a local hospital for further medical attention.

Officers at the scene were provided a description of the suspect and were able to locate a male matching the description.

Kevin Clayton, 68, was detained and a knife was located, police stated. An investigation continued and Clayton was charged with aggravated assault and possession of instrument of a crime.

Police stated that the victim is expected to fully recover from his injuries.
