Harrisburg traffic stop ends with seizure of over four pounds of heroin, several packages of marijuana

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Four people were arrested in Dauphin County following a large heroin seizure. 

According to the Lower Paxton Township Police Department, On Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 12:45 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop along the 5000 block of Jonestown Road. 

Officers made contact with the four occupants of the car, who were identified as Raydi Fabian-Lizardo, Joel Junes, Sandra Severino and Demetrius Torres. According to officers, criminal activity was observed during the traffic stop. 

A consent search of the car was completed where approximately 4.25 pounds of heroin was seized as well as several packages of marijuana. 

Fabian-Lizardo, Junes, Severino and Torres were taken into custody and arraigned with bail set at $150,000 each. All four suspects could not post bail and were remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
