HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police have charged a suspect in a deadly shooting last week in Harrisburg.
Marcus Stultz, 23, of Harrisburg, is charged with felony counts of robbery, murder, and criminal conspiracy in a shooting that occurred around 11:45 p.m. on April 18 in the area of Evergreen and Thompson Streets.
Dewayne Brown, 43, was pronounced dead at the scene of injuries sustained in the shooting, according to Harrisburg Police.
Stultz was taken into custody last Friday and arraigned on the charges before Magisterial District Judge James A. Lenker, according to court records. He was remanded to Dauphin County Prison after bail was denied.
