HERSHEY, Pa. — A $1 million prize-winning Pennsylvania Lottery Mega Millions ticket from Tuesday night's drawing was sold at a Turkey Hill store in Hershey, Dauphin County, the Lottery said Wednesday.
The ticket matched all five white balls drawn (2-10-31-44-57), but not the yellow Mega Ball 10, to win $1 million, less applicable withholding.
The Turkey Hill, located at 17 Briarcrest Square, will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket, according to the Lottery.
Winners are not known until prizes are claimed and tickets are validated. Pennsylvania Lottery Mega Millions® winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes. Winning tickets purchased at a Lottery retailer should immediately be signed on the back.
Online winnings automatically appear in a player’s account after the claim has been processed. Players may visit palottery.com for more information.
More than 28,900 other PA Lottery Mega Millions tickets won prizes of various amounts in the drawing, including more than 7,300 tickets purchased with Megaplier. Players should check every ticket, every time.
The Mega Millions jackpot rolled to an estimated annuity value of $394 million, or $188.5 million cash, for the next drawingon Friday, the Lottery said.
