DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Dauphin County man is facing multiple sexual assault charges against an underage victim.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Jacob Cole Atkins, 31 of Wiconisco, has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, aggravated indecent assault without consent, aggravated indecent assault - less than 13, indecent assault- child less than 13 and corruption of minors.
Akins allegedly assaulted the underage victim in December of 2023.
He was arrested on Jan. 1 in Wisconisco Township and transported to the Dauphin County Judicial Center for arraignment.
His bail was denied, according to online court documents, and his next preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 17, 2024.
