DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police in Lykens, Dauphin County have released their top five most wanted people.
They are as follows:
Kevin Timothy Stephenson, 48, is wanted for endangering the welfare of children in 2023 and simple assault. Stephenson is described as 5'10", weighs 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known location was in Williamstown.
Curtis Lee Engle, 38, is wanted for a 2022 DUI and a drug possession charge in Washington Township along with other offenses at other locations. Engle is described as 5'8", weighs 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known location was in Elizabethville.
Terray Lamar Burwell, 44, is wanted for a 2024 felony retail theft in Halifax Township and other offenses at other locations in the Harrisburg area. Burwell is described as 5'11", weighs 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. His last known location was in the Harrisburg area.
Stephen Joseph Mihalick, 39, is wanted for theft in 2024 and flight to avoid apprehension in 2022 in Williamstown Borough and other offenses at other locations. Mihalick is described as 5'9", weighs 145 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. His last known location was in Williamstown.
David Samuel, 66, is wanted for a firearms act violation in Halifax Township in 2020 and other offenses in other locations. Samuel is described as 5'7", weighs 140 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. His last known location was in the Harrisburg area.
