DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Grantville man is dead following a crash in Dauphin County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

The crash occurred on the 3000 block of Route 341/Colebrook Road in Conewago Township. Troopers say Jordan Mushinski, 36, was driving a 2002 Toyota Tacoma eastbound at around 10:10 p.m. on Feb. 26 when the truck failed to take a slight left turn in the roadway, causing the driver to lose control and the vehicle to drive off the road.

After leaving the right side of the road, the truck sideswiped a tree and struck a utility pole, causing it to roll onto its driver's side, according to PSP. The vehicle kept going, striking a speed limit sign and a tree before it stopped.

Mushinski was pronounced dead at the scene. State Police say his Tacoma was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
