DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Update, 11:40 a.m. (August 7): A spokesperson at Penn State Hershey Medical Center said Monday morning that 18 of the 28 people taken there following the crash have been discharged.
Of those who are still receiving treatment, three have been admitted to the hospital -- an adult in critical condition, an adult in serious condition, and a child in serious condition, the spokesperson said.
Seven others are still being evaluated and treated in the Emergency Department, the spokesperson said.
The 28 patients received at Hershey Medical Center range in age from 1 to 69, and five of them are minors.

State Police say three people are dead and multiple others are injured after a bus flipped over during a crash on Interstate 81 southbound at mile marker 74 in Dauphin County.
The crash happened around 11:50 p.m. Sunday in Lower Paxton Township. Authorities say the crash involved a charter bus carrying around 50 people and a passenger vehicle.
According to the crash report, officials say the bus was traveling southbound on Interstate 81 while negotiating a right curve.
At that time, a 2016 Honda CRV was stopped in that lane.
Police say that the bus exited the roadway before striking an embankment and overturning on its right side and striking the rear end of the Honda CRV.
Officials say that three people were declared dead at the scene.
Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center says they received 28 patients from the crash, with two being admitted to the hospital, 16 being treated in the emergency room, and 10 patients that have been discharged.
The remainder of those 21 in the crash are being treated at UPMC Community Osteopathic. Officials there say 19 patients were treated and released while two have been admitted to the hospital.
The American Red Cross is assisting passengers that were affected in the crash.
Chambers Hill Fire Department is opening up to help with reunification of passengers and the Red Cross will be there, as well.
The crash remains under investigation, and next of kin notification will be provided by the Dauphin County Coroner's office.
