HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police are searching for a man accused of taking unauthorized candid photos of a person while they changed in a department store dressing room in Dauphin County.
According to Swatara Township Police, the suspect was seen taking digital photos of the victim at 10:45 a.m. on July 3. The alleged incident occurred in a Target store on High Pointe Boulevard, police said.
The suspect had tattoos on both arms and glasses and was seen driving a black Ford pickup truck, according to police.
