DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Update, Nov. 14 (9:55 a.m.): Derry Township Police have identified the victim as Zachary Bautz, of Maple Shade, NJ.

A portion of Route 322 in Dauphin County was temporarily closed following a deadly crash involving an overturned box truck.
According to the Derry Township Police Department, at 6:16 a.m., officers responded to a report of a box truck that had struck the Fiddlers Elbow bridge abutment on SR322 westbound.
Despite life-saving measures, the driver succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, a 27-year-old man from New Jersey, reportedly veered off the road, striking a message board on the shoulder. The truck then continued westbound on the shoulder, struck a portion of the concrete barrier, drove onto the embankment and struck the bridge abutment head-on, causing the truck to roll onto its side back onto the road.
The victim's identity is being withheld at this time pending a next-of-kin notification.
At the scene, highway engineers inspected the bridge to ensure structural structural integrity after the crash. The road was closed until 3:15 p.m. to allow investigators to complete their investigation.
