FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — A Carlisle man is facing a slew of charges after allegedly ramming three U.S. Marshall's vehicles during a chase.

Satcheria McLaughlin, 31, is facing multiple counts of criminal mischief, recklessly endangering another person, criminal attempted aggravated assault and additional traffic violations.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, on Dec. 12, U.S. Marshalls informed Pa. State Police that McLaughlin was wanted on a felony warrant for drug possession charges and may be in possession of a stolen firearm. They informed troopers that McLaughlin was driving a car in the area of Interstate 81 southbound in Franklin County.

Multiple members were in the area and then followed the U.S. Marshalls to the intersection of Black Gap Road and Philadelphia Ave in Green Township.

McLaughlin was quickly boxed in, according to the affidavit, when he began repeatedly ramming the U.S. Marshall's vehicles, causing damage. One Marshall was behind his car and two were inside.

After ramming the vehicles enough to create room, McLaughlin then allegedly rammed a parked Lexus SUV, causing severe damage, and continued to flee the parking lot by jumping the curb and fleeing north on State Route 11.

A pursuit began when, after two miles, a trooper noted that both driver-side tires were flat on McLaughlin's vehicle. A PIT maneuver was performed, which disabled the car.

Troopers then attempted to take McLaughlin into custody, who allegedly attempted to flee multiple times before he was taken into custody.

According to online court documents, he is currently at Franklin County Prison after he was unable to post his $500,000 bail.
