CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — An "active police incident" has closed a portion of Chambersburg, authorities said Wednesday.
Chambersburg Borough Police are asking people to avoid the area of Garber Street and Lincoln Way East. Garber Street is closed from Lincoln Way East to East King Street, the Franklin County police department said.
The public will be notified once the incident has been resolved, police said.
The incident was reported at 11:24 a.m. No other details were immediately available.
