FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — A 19-year-old Shippensburg man died after a crash in Franklin County on Sunday.
State Police stated Delbert Zimmerman, 19, was driving a 2013 Kawasaki Ninja southbound on Rice Rd. in Southampton Township around 9:00 p.m. on Aug. 11.
According to authorities, Zimmerman approached a utility pole at a high rate of speed before striking it.
Zimmerman was pronounced dead at the scene by the Franklin County Coroner's Office.
