FRANKLIN COUNTY, Pa. — The Fayetteville Fire Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire to an attic fire on Tuesday, Sept, 24.
According to the Facebook account of the Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Department, the incident occurred due to an electrical fire on the 4000 block of Mont Alto Road.
Crews made entry and opened the ceiling to knock out the fire. The remaining fire was extinguished when first responders advanced into the attic.
The firefighters were released after operating on the scene for over two hours.
